The first Sunday of the month we hold a Workshop where singers have a chance to practice their song, have songs chorded, learn microphone technique and how to present themselves on stage.

 

The second and fourth Sunday is from 7p.m. to 10p.m. At half-time a cuppa tea, goodies and a chance to chit-chit with friends, mix and mingle and meet new members and visitors is really cool.

 

Third Sunday of each month we hold in the afternoon from 12.30 until 4p.m. We enjoy visiting clubs on this day club or a special guest artist. Also a great opportunity and chance for up and coming young artist to come along and perform.

 

If there is a fifth Sunday, well, the committee will decide what surprise this club day/evening will bring! Could be even an organised bus-trip away to another country music club!

 

The Club is friendly, relaxing and family orientated entertainment.

Everyone is invited and encouraged to join in and sing a song or two if they wish or just come along to listen.  If you feel like line-dancing? well this is definitely the place to come!  We have some real-mean dancers. 

 

We have a great backing band of dedicated musicians for which I can honestly say, we must be one of the luckiest country music clubs in New Zealand and proud of it.

 

The Club has a very hard working and dedicated rock-solid Executive Committee who, with the help of their committee, run and organise a very successful and exciting regular Club and arranging extra special events that take place throughout the year.

 

The cost to join our Club is a mere $16.00 Family and $10.00 Single. There is a small door charge of $2.00 for members and $3.00 for non-members but this includes an evening/afternoon of entertainment plus supper/afternoon tea of yummies.
